CHANMINA BUSKING IN SHIBUYA CROSSING
DISCIPLINE: art direction, graphic design and prop styling
Client: Warner music, Chanmina
Japanese/Korean artist Chanmina
revisits her starting ground.
ABOUT
In her third full length Korean-language single “Biscuit,” Chanmina returned to her roots by shooting at the worlds busiest crossing. The narrative of the MV required a guitar case full of money and I was tasked to create fake bills as the key prop. A challenging task that required me to blur the lines between fact and fiction, and tread a legal gray zone. This project offered a rare opportunity that allowed me to combine both my digital and tactile skills in practice.
